WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All orders are dispatched within 3 working days of purchase unless it is a pre-order.
International express delivery is also available at an additional cost. Please email for more info.
We ask that your billing and shipping address match in order to complete a transaction.
Shiko reserves the right to request shipping verification after an order is submitted.
All International orders must be paid using the PayPal check out option. International orders without PayPal Seller Protection may be cancelled.

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
As soon as your order is received, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered during checkout. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe sender list.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME WHEN MY ITEM IS DELIVERED?
WE ADVISE ALL CUSTOMERS TO KEEP AN EYE ON THEIR PARCEL USING THE TRACKING INFORMATION PROVIDED, PLEASE DO "NOT" DEPEND ON THE CARD AS WE ARE AWARE CARDS AREN’T ALWAYS LEFT IN EVENTS WHERE CUSTOMERS ARE NOT INDOORS. IF YOU DO MISS IT, THE TRACKING INFORMATION WILL TELL YOU WHERE IT IS BEING HELD. CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE IMMEDIATELY AND PROVIDE THEM WITH THE TRACKING INFO. YOU WILL BE ABLE TO ARRANGE RE-DELIVERY OR COLLECT THE PARCEL.
If you do not collect your item in time and it gets sent back to us, you with be charged the full postage price in order for us to send it back to you.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
All sales are FINAL and there are no refunds allowed due to the nature of our products and the current health & safety issues worldwide.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Shiko will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, Shiko is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate pound amount paid by customer for the purchase of products under this agreement.
