- Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide using a tracked & signed service via Royal Mail.
- Can I return my order?
Currently, we are not accepting any refunds due to the nature of these products and health & safety issues we are facing worldwide.
- Is it possible to send my parcel to a different address?
Unfortunately, no. This is to minimise fraudulent activities on this platform. On rare occasions, we may be able to assist you on this but additional identification will be asked for and we still have the right to deny your request.
- How do I convert currency?
Please note that POUNDS (£), DOLLARS ($) & EUROS(€) are not the same currency. They all hold different values and can easily be converted using the site listed above.
Please do not order unless you know exactly how much you are spending. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you.
- Can I adjust/cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately (within 1 hour) and we will try to help you with your issue if it has not been dispatched. Amendments after an hour will not be adjusted unless we approve.
WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add email@example.com to your safe sender list. You may also contact us and we will send it to you again.
WHERE IS MY TRACKING INFORMATION?
Kindly wait 48 hours after the "dispatch email" to contact us for your tracking info if we have not sent it yet. UK customers are only given tracking info when requested.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order & refunded.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. Shiko cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
- Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit/debit card and also Paypal.
